Revamped user interface. We have been working on a more intuitive way of dealing with account information for our users for some time. Our current system is limiting in that it does not allow users to access previous purchases easily, and our delivery process has long needed a change.
In the future, all of our sales will be handled via the account admin section on TGS.net. Account information will be stored there for all of your purchases so that you can easily access those if any information is forgotten. We will be going away from a live chat system to handle these sort of requests, and movnig into a more automated process where account information is stored on site and sales are more peer 2 peer and less influenced by our price setting and more influenced by market conditions.
This will be a hybrid mix of p2p sales in that we will be be acting as the listing and selling agent for all transactions. Some titles are not yet available, we simply are building the framework so that they can in the future be easily integrated into our sales process. We have taken a lot of criticism for not expanding in other titles, so here we go boys and girls.
Understand that this has been just kind of a fun hobby for us over the last few years, and while it remains so, we see the need for growth, and feel that offering our services and experience as a selling agent will help people to transition from game to game seamlessly.
A complete redesign, (just for fun really since we are doing all this other stuff:).
Most of our efforts at this stage will be going into redesigning our armory systems to #1 Look better, and #2 Work better. We have always provided the most information available about any avatar for sale, and now we will expand that to include the full suite of information available via the new Blizzard Armory API. Most MMO game titles do not have an armory system, so understand for these other titles we will have to build these armories ourselves and this can be quite an undertaking.
