How to find out your secret question for your wow account

We do require that you provide the secret question and answer for the account(s) you are selling.

You can be prompted for your secret question & answer by doing the following:

1. Navigate to: https://us.battle.net/account/support/password-reset.html?ref=http://us.battle.net/en/ and fill in your email and first and last name. On the next page you will be prompted for your secret question.

2. Change your email form found here: https://us.battle.net/account/management/settings/change-email.html . Enter your account name and you will be prompted with your secret question.

If you cannot remember your secret answer you will need to contact Blizzard Entertainments Billing & Account Administration at 1-800-592-5499 for assistance with retrieving the secret answer for your account.
