We determine this on a case by case basis. Never will we allow any account to be traded back to us before 90 days from the sale date.
If you are an established customer, and would like to trade an account previously purchased from us, and you opted for creation of a new account, we would be happy to work with you on acquiring a new character after this 90 day period.
