1. Checkout.
We have streamlined our checkout process to be very easy. Many people do not notice that many of the characters we have listed on our site will include a new account, server transfer, name change, and 40 days of play time with their order.
We have maintained our reputation for being a safe, secure, and trustworthy site to do business with by implementing this step. This step 100% covers your account in the event that it is ever compromised.
You have the FULL account information including cd keys which facilitates easy recovery of the account should anything at all happen. Hackers, phishing emails, recalls, with this new account package we are able to easily discern exactly what happened quickly and efficiently and get your account back to you in a timely fashion.
You can still purchase the new account/server transfer/name change/40 days game time package separately if the account you you are interested in does not come with it..
2. Once payment is made you will receive an email from us requesting two things.
Once you respond to this email we will call and verify payment details with you. If you purchased the new account option we will also go over the information you requested to make sure it is correct.
3. If your purchase includes a new account you will receive:
40 days gametime. Authentication keys used during account creation. You will get to select the security question and answer you would like to use. address information will be yours, a brand new email address unique to your purchase will be created, and you will have access to this. If you did not purchase the new account package you will receive all information we have on the account. This will always include the full name, secret question and answer, and full email access. In many cases we also have the CD keys that go to the accounts, however this is not guaranteed as sometimes those are discarded. Our verification system is second to none, and over the course of time has become the singular best when it comes to verifying personal information of our sellers. These accounts have also been dormant for 90 days so the likelihood of any issues is almost non existent.
4. After phone verification you will receive an email with your log-in information.
If we are creating a new account to transfer the character too, the time frame is generally 60-90 minutes. If we are not creating a new account and transferring your new character onto it, you will generally receive your log-in information within 30 minutes of making payment.
